We will gladly accept eligible items to be exchanged within 30 days of purchase.  Please call or email us and let us know that your item is on the way, and what you would like us to replace it with.  As soon as we receive your return, we will ship out your new item and waive the shipping fees back to you.returns-graphic

We understand that when you are shopping online, sometimes things don’t work out and need to be returned.  We are happy to accept returns of your full-priced, unworn and unused items within 30 days of your purchase.  We ask for a few days to process your return, and will refund your purchase according to the original form of payment.   We ask that you call 720-328-9191 or email us at info@lunaclaire.com and let us know that you plan to return an item.  Please note that shipping fees will not be refunded.

Please send a copy of your receipt/invoice with your return and ship to the address below, along with relevant contact info, in case we have questions.  You will need to pay the shipping to us on all refunds and exchanges; we also suggest getting delivery confirmation to make sure your package arrives.  Also, please note that we will pay for shipping back to you if you would like to exchange your returned item.  

There are some items in our collection that are not eligible for return or exchange.  All ‘Sale’ items are a final sale and are not eligible for return or exchange. Our leggings are considered to be ‘intimates’ and we cannot accept returns or exchanges for these either.
